Tariff Information

Our off season rates run from the end of October until the end of February each year.

Off season
Rooms without en suite:  £35 pppn B&B based on double occupancy  Upstairs Hall - click to enlarge
Rooms with en suite:  £55 pppn B&B based on double occupancy
Single occupancy surcharge is £15

High Season:
Rooms without en suite:  £45 pppn B&B based on double occupancy 
Rooms with en suite:  £65 pppn B&B based on double occupancy
Single occupancy surcharge is £15

Please note:

  • The Owl Room and the Yellow Room are both single rooms and therefore do not have a single occupancy surcharge
  • Any booking for a week or more is subject to a discount of 10%
  • All 12 bedrooms can be booked for £850 in the low season and £1100 in the high season. This arrangement enables families and groups to enjoy the house without other guests staying. The house is still run throughout as a B&B, and is still our home, with our family living here as your hosts.

 

Cancellations made two months in advance will get a 90% refund

Cancellations made between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the stay will be entitled to a 50% refund.

Cancellations in the final month are not liable to be refunded, unless the rooms for the dates in question are able to be let out by the dates in question.
